Read your books: profit, stock and tax

What it is
The dashboard records the two halves of your money — orders and purchases. Akuntansi closes the gap: journals, chart of accounts, PPN in and out, PPh Final UMKM 0.5%, laba rugi, neraca and arus kas. It is a read-first layer over the same shop data and the same login — it never edits your orders or purchases. Open it with Buka Akuntansi on the dashboard overview, and come back with Kembali ke dashboard.
Steps
Start with the summary, then record what the dashboard cannot see on its own.

Open the financial summary (R1): this month’s profit and loss plus the turnover gauge against the Rp 4.8 M PPh Final ceiling.

Record expenses with vendor, amount and receipt — expenses cannot be deleted, a mistake is corrected with a reversing journal.

Post a manual journal only for what orders, purchases and expenses cannot express; every journal must balance and a posted one is immutable (void it with a mirror entry).

Close the period every month: a closed month rejects backdated expenses and journals, so corrections go into the open month.
Tip: The books run on WIB calendar months, so a sale at 1 October 03:00 WIB belongs to October’s tax month on any server.
Tax: Non-PKP first, PKP when ready
New shops start Non-PKP: no PPN is collected and PPh Final 0.5% applies to monthly turnover. Becoming PKP requires an NPWP and switches on the PPN splits and the faktur export. The PPN paper (per-invoice DPP and PPN, under/overpayment) and the income-tax paper (12 tax periods against the ceiling) each export a Coretax-formatted CSV — the app prepares correct figures and exports them, filing itself stays in Coretax.
Tip: The export runs a pre-flight check: a missing NPWP or Non-PKP status blocks the download instead of handing you a wrong file.
What to do next
When margins look wrong, check the HPP cost method first — the books can only post the cost your products carry. When stock value on the neraca disagrees with the shelf, walk the HPP history row by row before touching a journal.
