How orders work: from checkout to done
What happens when a customer buys — checkout, payment, shipping and completion.

The customer journey
A customer browses your storefront, adds products to the cart, and checks out with their name, phone number and address. They pick a courier rate, then pay through your active payment gateway (Mayar, Tripay or Duitku).
The seller journey
Every order appears in the dashboard with a status. Work it top to bottom:
01
New order (awaits payment): wait for the payment callback — do not ship yet.
02
Paid: pack the parcel and create the shipment with your courier integration.
03
Shipped: the tracking number goes to the customer automatically if notifications are on.
04
Delivered / completed: the order closes and, if enabled, the customer gets a review request.
05
Cancelled: stock reserved for the order is released back automatically.
Tip: Never mark an order paid by hand unless you actually received the money — the gateway webhook is the source of truth.
Where things can go wrong
Unpaid orders hold stock for a limited time so one buyer cannot block everyone else. If a customer says they paid but the status did not move, check the webhook callback URL in the payment provider dashboard first — a wrong or missing URL is the most common cause.
